Oluwaseun joined ACTS Professional Services in May 2009 as a Senior Associate and became a Partner in 2018. Since then, she has played a key leadership role in overseeing the firm’s operational activities and ensuring seamless delivery of management consulting, tax advisory, audit and assurance, and statutory compliance services.
She has delivered extensive compliance and advisory services covering Corporate Tax Compliance, PAYE Tax Administration for local and expatriate employees, Personal Income Tax Compliance for self-employed individuals, VAT Compliance, Withholding Tax Administration, and Tax Audit and Investigation Support Services.
Over the last eight years, her responsibilities have expanded to include client relationship management, staff welfare, team development, and operational efficiency across multiple service lines.

As Partner, Oluwaseun plans, organises, directs, and evaluates the operations of ACTS Professional Services to maintain service quality and client satisfaction.
Her responsibilities include:
• Developing operational policies and quality assurance systems
• Coordinating consulting, audit, and compliance engagements
• Managing payroll, PAYE compliance, and expatriate tax advisory services
• Overseeing business service accounts and client proposals
• Negotiating agreements and maintaining client portfolios
• Directing statutory compliance with LIRS, NRS, NSITF, NCDMB, and ITF
• Representing clients during tax audits, investigations, and reviews
• Leading audit engagements in line with IFRS and Nigerian GAAP
• Mentoring multidisciplinary professional teams
• Conducting due diligence reviews and tax health checks
