Professional Experience
Ignatius has led numerous high-value engagements including structuring international investments, conducting due diligence reviews, and advising organizations on mergers and acquisitions across multiple sectors.
He has also managed several major recovery and debt resolution assignments for both international and indigenous companies across Nigeria, demonstrating strong expertise in financial restructuring, debt litigation, and asset recovery.
Before founding ACTS Professional Services in 2009, he served as Senior Tax Partner at KPMG Nigeria for over a decade. In 2002, he joined Akintola Williams Deloitte as Senior Tax Partner, where he played a significant role in developing tax advisory and consulting services.
Professional Qualifications
Ignatius is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a Fellow as well as former Vice President of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
He currently leads the firm’s compliance and consulting practice with special focus on corporate advisory, tax strategy, financial recovery services, and institutional support for financial organizations and corporate clients.
